This three unit development was designed to maximize the land use in a rapidly developing area while being sympathetic to an established neighbourhood character. The facade styling was influenced by the Californian Bungalow homes nearby, and the setbacks varied to provide visual interest and separation of the built form. Living zones were carefully positioned to capture northern light for this challenging site orientation, and have high levels of cross flow ventilation for natural cooling and air quality.
