HOW OUR FEES ARE CALCULATED
Our fees are generally fixed and are based on the design and documentation requirements of your specific project rather than working on a percentage of the project’s construction cost. This allows us to provide you with a fair and competitive fee.
After an initial consultation with you, we will provide you with a detailed proposal that outlines our fees and the expected cost of any specialist consultants that are likely to be required for your specific project. We will also outline any expected council fees or authority levies that may apply so that you have an overview of the entire process.
Projects are typically broken up into several milestone stages, with an associated fee for that stage. Most projects will require both a Concept Development Stage and a Construction Documentation Stage. Some projects also require additional stages such as a Town Planning Approval Stage.

Alterations and Additions – From $8,500.00+GST
New Homes – From $10,500.00+GST
Multi Unit Developments – From $16,000.00+GST
Preparation of Construction Plans and Specifications:
Alterations and Additions – From $9,000.00+GST
New Homes – From $13,500.00+GST
Multi Unit Developments – From $21,500.00+GST
